Types of Corrugated

Single Wall

• One fluted sheet between two liners
• Most common type
• Suitable for most products

Double Wall

• Two fluted sheets between three liners
• Extra protection
• Heavy items

Triple Wall

• Three fluted sheets
• Industrial use
• Very heavy loads

Flute Sizes

• A Flute (4-5mm): Maximum cushioning
• B Flute (2-3mm): Printability
• C Flute (3-4mm): Balanced
• E Flute (1-2mm): Retail packaging
