Our standard MOQ for custom printed boxes is 500 pieces. However, we understand that new product launches require flexibility. We are open to discussing lower minimums for trial orders or specific luxury box structures. Contact our sales team for a precise quote based on your needs.
Absolutely. We highly recommend sampling. We can provide blank structural dummy samples within 1-2 days to test the size and fit. Fully printed color prototypes with your exact artwork and finishes take about 3-5 days. The sample fee can be refunded once the mass production order is confirmed.
For standard folding cartons and mailer boxes, production takes about 7-10 working days. For complex rigid boxes or highly customized festival packaging (like our 3D lanterns), please allow 12-15 working days after the final artwork and prototype are approved.
To save you significant international shipping and storage costs, we design most of our packaging (folding cartons, corrugated mailers) to be shipped flat-packed. For luxury rigid boxes that cannot be folded, we pack them securely in high-strength master cartons. We offer flexible shipping options including Express (DHL/FedEx), Air freight, and Sea freight (DDP/FOB/CIF) depending on your budget and timeline.
We accept Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. Our standard payment term for mass production is a 30% deposit before production begins, and the remaining 70% balance before shipment, after passing the final quality inspection.
